One personal assistant gets free entry to the museum when accompanying a paying visitor. Assistance dogs are welcome.
We accept cash, debit and credit cards (Eurocard, Mastercard and Visa). We also accept Smartum Culture, Epassi, Virike and Tyky vouchers. Printed invoice for groups EUR 5, invoices sent by email and e-invoices are free.

Service fee outside opening hours

For visits outside the museum’s opening hours, we charge a service fee in addition to our standard fees. The service fee is always agreed on a case-by-case basis.

Museum Card – a year-long cultural journey!

The Museum Card is a personal entrance ticket to more than 350 museums across Finland. It costs EUR 86 in 2026 and is valid for one year from the first museum visit. Renewal of a valid Museum Card costs EUR 79.

Directions

Lusto is located in Punkaharju, Savonlinna, along the Savonlinna-Parikkala Road 14 and the Savonlinna-Parikkala railway line. It is about 7 km from the centre of Punkaharju on Road 14 in the direction of Savonlinna and about 30 km from Savonlinna in the direction of Parikkala. Follow the signs for Lusto on Road 14.

 

Public transport

The Lusto train halt is about 100 metres and the nearest bus stop about 400 metres from the museum entrance. Punkaharju lies about 350 km from Helsinki, and the distance to the centre of Savonlinna is about 30 km. The nearest airport is about 30 km away.
